How is Librestream related to the FieldView product platform from TANDBERG?
Librestream is the developer and manufacturer of FieldView. Librestream and TANDBERG started working together through a private label arrangement in 2006. At that time, Librestream also released the same product line under its own brand, Onsight, to the market.
Why did TANDBERG and Librestream decide to replace FieldView with the Onsight equivalent product?
Over the past three years, the FieldView/Onsight product line has grown significantly both in depth and breadth in response to the evolving requirements for a full mobile video collaboration solution. As a result, both companies have concluded that customers and partners can be best served with dedicated focus and support direct from the manufacturer, Librestream.
What is the difference between the FieldView and Onsight products?
The products are functionally equivalent, with the exception of new features that were added to the Onsight product line after the FieldView Version 3.4 release. Will the FieldView/Onsight product line continue to work with my other TANDBERG products as it does currently?
Yes. TANDBERG and Librestream will continue to work together to ensure customers have an interoperable system.

Who should I contact to purchase FieldView Management Suite or FieldView Enterprise Suite software?
The FieldView Enterprise Suite (Onsight Enterprise) products have been discontinued. Librestream has added features to the FieldView Management Suite equivalent product (Onsight Management Suite) to provide this functionality along with FieldView Application (Onsight Expert) software license bundle options. Who should I contact if I need to renew my FieldView maintenance contracts or if I need to acquire maintenance for a new purchase?
TANDBERG no longer offered maintenance on FieldView devices and FieldView Application sales as of January 1, 2010. Contact Librestream to renew an existing FieldView maintenance contract or to acquire a new maintenance contract for a FieldView purchase made with TANDBERG after January 1, 2010. If you purchase from TANDBERG during this time period Librestream can provide you with a maintenance contract for your new FieldView device or software purchases.
If I have a current FieldView Customer Core Service contract (support/maintenance contract) in place with TANDBERG, is it still in effect now and after June 30, 2010?
Yes. If you purchased a FieldView Customer Core Service contract from TANDBERG, it is still in effect. The only difference for you is that you will now contact Librestream for technical support and to get access to new software releases.
