Librestream Certified Solution Provider Program
To ensure effective sales, deployment, integration and support for customers Certified Solution Providers are required to have a demonstrated skill-set and expertise in the areas of videoconferencing, IP based solutions and wireless networking. In addition, it is highly desirable that Certified Solution Providers have expertise in re-engineering business processes through application solutions (software and systems) and/or professional services.

Certification Requirements
Librestream’s Onsight certification provides a means for your company to validate skills and demonstrate the credibility needed to sell and support Librestream’s products and services. Sales and Technical Certification is required for participation in the Librestream Certified Solution Provider Program. As a Librestream Solution Provider your company must meet the following certification requirements:
Sales Certification – a one day sales training event which prepares your sales resources with the knowledge and tools to effectively present, demonstrate and sell Onsight.
Technical Certification – a two day technical training event which prepares your technical resources with the knowledge and tools to effectively support your Onsight sales team and customers with a thorough understanding of the Librestream mobile collaboration system.
In addition, Authorized Solution Providers are required to comply with the following:
- Engage with the Librestream Business Development Team to drive the business planning and review process as well as oversee the Solution Provider’s Onsight sales and technical team.
- Proactively manage the Onsight pipeline ensuring that all major opportunities have a sales plan and the required sales and sales-support resources to close.
- Develop and maintain the necessary tools, training, resources and experience to drive Onsight business. This includes the requirement to purchase an Onsight demonstration system.
- Work with the Librestream Business Development Team to understand the product roadmap for future solution planning.
