Librestream provides a complete service offering including technical support, training and hosting services to assist in planning and deploying Onsight across an enterprise.

As of January 1, 2010, Librestream is providing direct support to Tandberg FieldView customers and partners.

Technical support is available online or by phone to answer questions and assist customers with additional deployment or upgrade plans. This support service is available to all customers who are on active maintenance and support plans.

Librestream offers a range of training options and courses for both customers and partners. Training courses range from product based how to sessions to optimizing network configurations for Onsight. Contact Librestream for more information.

A hosted SIP service is also available to customers who do not want to manage their own SIP registry and firewall traversal equipment. For these customers, Librestream offers a variety of data usage options within the hosted SIP service offering.
