Note: To check for the serial number of your FieldView device, do the following:
1. Start Onsight Device
2. Select "Display Mode" button 3 times
3. Select "Status Menu"
4. Select "Network Status"
5. Select "View Wired Settings" (Not Wireless)
6. MAC Address: 00:16:13:01:xx:xx equals serial number (where xx:xx vary with each device)
